The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food options were a bit lacking, especially when it came to breakfast.

I was really impressed with the location of this hotel - it's right near a Family Mart and 7/11, and within walking distance to the Hakone Open Air museum. The room itself was spotless and gave a traditional onsen experience, which was a highlight of my stay. The outdoor onsen was especially lovely, especially when it rained - it felt like the perfect spot to unwind.

I stayed at this lovely ryokan, which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The quiet atmosphere and intimate setting made it feel like I had the place to myself. Plus, it was a short walk to the nearby Yunessun resort, where I enjoyed the large public bath and outdoor hot spring without the crowds, even on a weekend.

This place was a real gem - the traditional room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The peaceful location was perfect for relaxing, and the onsen was amazing - both the indoor and outdoor areas were so relaxing. We also loved that we could walk to nearby attractions like Yunessun and the open air museum, and that the bus stop was right outside. It was a real treat to be able to book a private onsen too.

We were blown away by this place - it exceeded our expectations in every way. The ryokan-style room gave us a truly Japanese experience, and the hotel itself was quiet and authentic. The onsen was lovely, and the location was great - just a 10-minute walk from Kowakidani station and close to some great restaurants and museums. It was the perfect base for exploring Hakone.
