The room was spacious and clean, just like the rest of the apartment, and the shared bathroom was always spotless. The place is quiet with a beautiful view of the road and the hills. Pescara, Francavilla a Mare, and Silvi Marina are reachable in 15/20 minutes. The host was incredibly kind and friendly. Nothing negative.

The room was clean, had a TV and air‑conditioning, a four‑season wardrobe, and a large sofa, plus double‑glazed windows. The bathroom featured a large shower and a window. The kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped. Outside there’s a drying rack and a table with chairs if you want to chat.
