The staff were welcoming, breakfast was included with plenty of egg and banana options, the location was close to Charlie beach, and the room was comfortable; the fridge and kettle made drinks and quick noodle meals easy, and the gardens were lovely with flowers, trees, and lizards. We swam in the pool every day and overall it was a nice place. However, the bathroom in our garden‑view room had a terrible smell the whole time, probably due to old plumbing, and we had to hold our breath. The shower only dribbled, so it worked more like a tap for rinsing and we couldn’t wash our hair, which was fine for a short stay but not ideal. The pool was decent for the price, though occasional leaves or bugs drifted in, they were gone by the next day.

For the price everything was fine, the breakfast was good 🥞 and it’s close to a beach! Laundry service was available, but expect a 30 to 45‑minute walk from the port ⛵️.
