Everything was really good—peace, quiet, the pool, and the location were exactly what we expected. The only issue was that someone broke into our apartment and stole a few items; we didn’t anticipate that someone could get in on such a quiet side. We left the balcony door unlocked, only the external blinds were closed, and we never imagined a break‑in could happen.

“Traumhafte Unterkunft in Umbrien”

The property is beautiful in a dreamy setting. Monica is a very warm host who lovingly cares for her grandmother’s legacy and the guests’ wellbeing. The pool is well maintained, and the grill in each unit is fully equipped for grilling. The air conditioning in the apartment works well, everything is spotless, and we felt very comfortable. The olive oil from Tenuta Capitolini is delicious—must try 😋 The sunsets, starry sky, and fireflies will be missed. Thanks to Monica and her staff for the friendly hospitality. The roads around Tenuta, especially the drive from Marsciano, are very rough with many large potholes.

The house is incredibly beautiful and has everything needed for a perfect stay. The welcome was already very warm and helpful. We followed many of the sightseeing tips and visited several restaurants, all of which we can recommend. We enjoyed the peace, the lovely swimming pool, and the great terrace with hill views. The kitchen had everything and was thoughtfully set up. It’s a great starting point for many sights. Thanks to Monica and her team.
