The apartment sits in the heart of the lively ZTL area, close to the waterfalls and all the bars. A free parking spot right next to the building made it easy to drop off our luggage even in August. The building is a narrow alley house, but the apartment itself feels newly renovated with all the comforts you’d expect: wifi, smart TV, coffee machines, a stylish shower, and more. The living area is lovely with a double sofa, and the bedroom was spacious enough for my daughter and her friend to sleep comfortably. It’s perfect for exploring places like Anagni, Fumone, Sperlonga, the Abbey of Cassino, and for dining at the restaurants near the beautiful falls. The same area serves breakfast in the morning. We’ll definitely come back if we’re still in the area. The only downside is the steep staircase leading to the first floor where the apartment is located; with luggage it can be a bit of a hassle, but nothing major.

The apartment is large, new, and stylishly furnished. It’s a two‑minute walk from the waterfall!

The apartment is magnificent, spacious, freshly renovated, welcoming, and tastefully furnished. The spot is perfect, right behind the spectacular waterfall in the historic center. It’s air‑conditioned and clean. Highly recommended.
