Close to the parking and easy to find. The room was in the basement.

“Gut für Kurzaufenthalt”

Everything was straightforward: a large room with a fridge, check‑in and check‑out were perfect, even the times. Communication with staff was quick and helpful. Room 3 was in the basement and had no view; I was offered a different room in response, even though the description said it had a balcony. The building is somewhat older, and the sink didn’t drain.

I liked Saas Fee as always for its location, but not because of the accommodation I stayed in. The Saastal Card is convenient, but I would have preferred to receive it BEFORE the trip, not the late afternoon before departure. Anyway, the room 3 was a disgrace to Swiss standards: a tiny window overlooking an external stairwell with a wall in front and equipment leaning against the glass. It was cramped, poorly equipped, roughly cleaned, and the night temperature dropped significantly. Moreover, the place is called EASY STAY, not Central Suite to Stay for 2. The cherry on top… separate beds far apart… ideal for a couple’s trip.

We appreciated the location near the parking, the cleanliness of the room, and the value for money. It was perfect for one night. However, because there was no reception on site, which wasn’t a problem for us, we didn’t receive the residence card. We had to ask for it several times via WhatsApp or phone, and only received it the day after the night, which prevented us from taking the cable cars on day one.
