The service was outstanding, staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, going out of their way to help and guide you to get the most out of your stay, but there’s no lift—an unavoidable fact of the old building, just good to know.

The location is excellent and the boutique hotel was just renovated, blending contemporary decor inside an old building; the staff at the front desk and the adjoining restaurant were fantastic, especially the evening bartender and the morning chief waiter at Leni's, and the bathroom is attractive and contemporary, though the guest room is very small with almost no storage for clothing or luggage.

The hotel is modern, bright, clean, and very luxurious, with a fantastic location and sea views, and there is nothing negative.

Special thanks to the front‑of‑house team—Angela and Nadina—who were genuinely friendly and took great care of us, making sure all our travel plans were in place; they are truly wonderful!

The staff were amazing, the location was great, and our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for staying in for hours and relaxing. The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear heavy footsteps and moving luggage from the room above us, but we still love the property and will return.
