Nothing about this place was pleasant; it feels like a scam. The customer service never answered the phone, the lobby and office are in a different building blocks away from the rooms, and the area is very sketchy. The website’s description is misleading, and once you book there’s no refund because they only care about the money. I arrived from the airport to a very dark, poorly lit, gated area with no lobby or staff present. When I finally reached the entrance, a sign told me to walk a few blocks to their “office” to get building access for my room. Seeing that, I decided not to stay in such a sketchy place. I tried to get a refund, but they said I had to wait for the manager to accept my request, which never happened even though I never stayed. The place has no lobby or employees at the original location, so it’s a total scam that stole my money. No refund and terrible customer service—do not recommend at all. 0 stars!
