It’s a super‑nice Airbnb with a room that has all the comforts and shared living room, kitchen, and terrace. Our room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and beautifully arranged, giving everything a fresh, new look. We didn’t experience any disturbances from other guests, but we think we were mostly alone, so it depends on who else stays. The location was fine with nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Staff were absent, but we asked a few questions and received quick answers; for example, we inquired about storing our luggage and were told we could use a lockbox behind the building. Everything was arranged perfectly, so we would definitely return. For those driving in, you can park on the property’s own lot (if space remains). The only downside was that finding the location was a bit tricky because the building is up a staircase on Sunset Boulevard; arriving from the back is convenient, so we didn’t have to explain it to taxi drivers. It wasn’t a big deal, but for the less mobile among us, there is no elevator.

“Well designed and decorated. It’s got some work to do on its cleanliness. Otherwise, nice place.”

The interior design is actually really nice, and it feels safe even though it sits on a hill with mostly back‑alley access. The front gate seemed to lead to Sunset Blvd but appeared locked from the inside. The bathroom needs a refresh, and I spotted a few creepy crawlies in the shower.

The location is within walking distance of Dodger Stadium, and the accommodations are well-equipped, clean, and lovely. For Japanese guests, having a bathtub would be better.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The night is noisy with voices and cars from the parking lot, footsteps from the room upstairs, and sounds from the next room.
