The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, yet the amenities left something to be desired; we only had a room cleaning once every five days, making it feel almost like an automated service hotel. The property needs to step up its comfort standards, and the pool is pretty unsightly.

I stayed close to the event I was attending, and the place was clean with friendly staff. However, at 7:30 am the breakfast bar had no eggs, sausage, waffle mix, bagels, fruit, or coffee, and it took a long time for staff to restock. When the food finally arrived it was barely edible. The ice machine on the first floor was broken, the hot water valve on the bathroom sink was loose and kept making a high‑pitched noise even when turned off, and my room faced I‑85, so the highway noise kept waking me up several times during the night.
