Rooms feature free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, private bathrooms with bidets, city‑view windows, bathrobes, and tea‑coffee makers, all sound‑proofed. English‑speaking staff provide private check‑in/out. Within a 15‑minute walk lie Strozzi Palace, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace and Piazza del Duomo.

The location is great, just a few minutes from the main train station and within walking distance of the city center. The hostess, la signora Ada, is super sweet and welcoming.

The hospitality of Señora Alda was wonderful. The accommodation is very clean, which makes you want to return, and it’s very cozy. We felt very comfortable.

The spot was fine – a 10‑minute walk from the train station and a reasonable stroll to most places in Florence. It’s a quiet flat with a kettle and fridge, but no cooking or reheating options (not a problem for me, but good to know for others). The owner speaks only Italian, but her daughter can chat via WhatsApp. The Wi‑Fi password was printed wrong on the wall and in the guest booklet; I reached out to the daughter on WhatsApp and she sent the correct one.
