The location was very good, close to Gran Vía. The old facilities had charm. Clean, comfortable, decent, and recommended for a getaway.

The staff were very helpful, the location was excellent, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to great spots like Sol and Piazza Espana. The rooms were a bit small.

The location is pretty good with metro and bus nearby. Unfortunately I ended up in room 401 right next to the entrance. Other guests were not respectful and the staff even less so. The walls are cardboard, so sound travels everywhere. Every time I arrive I hear staff and guests, doors slamming, and in the morning the cleaning ladies chat loudly in front of the room door while vacuuming, moving, and slamming beds. I was woken up early and couldn't sleep! The pillow was uncomfortable, there were works in the apartment across the same floor, windows couldn’t be opened, and the constant noise made it impossible to rest. Two nights without a chance to sleep.
