I love this hotel! It’s my second stay and next time I’m in Chachapoyas I won’t look elsewhere. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is clean, roomy, hot water works well with good pressure. The spot is fantastic—just a block from the square but in a quiet alley. The ladies on staff are very nice and helpful. Great value for money. I extended my stay. I would like an electric kettle in the room; they offer a thermos with hot water when asked but sometimes it’s leftover from breakfast and not that hot. More vegan options for breakfast would be nice; I loved the daily avocado, but a bit more variety would help.

The rooms were spotless, shower pressure was great and hot water never ran out, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. The front desk was often empty, but I always had a phone number and someone would show up to help.
