The place was in a good spot, close to a lot of restaurants and cafés. The staff were too busy to show us our room, so we waited a long time. No one told us the Wi‑Fi password or where breakfast was the next morning. The air conditioning was very noisy all night, so we didn’t get much sleep.

We stayed at Giselda Home and felt right at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The room service was really great. The location in the popular Travestere area near the city center is perfect! The only small gripe was the breakfast, which takes place in the café on the lower floor. The setup there is a bit odd and may not be immediately self‑explanatory for first‑time guests; a bit more information upon arrival would help. Overall, we highly recommend Giselda Home and would return.

The location was great! Alice was very helpful and the check‑in was very easy. The room was spacious (we stayed for three nights) and there was no noise from the main road. We had an issue with the air‑con: it worked, but leaked onto the wooden panel underneath. If we didn’t put a towel under the unit, it would drip onto the floor. We mentioned it three times, but nothing was done. It seemed like a long‑term problem, as the curtains next to it had water stains at the bottom.
