It was the best hotel experience, without doubt, but booking through IHG was the worst part; IHG staff explicitly told me that if I chose a smoking room, they wouldn’t honor it, even though I had selected that preference, so they failed to provide it—a bad platform for booking an IHG property.

The hotel was a delight; the staff were polite, welcoming, and professional, especially Kiranjot Kaur whose hospitality, helpfulness, and warmth made the stay even more comfortable. Thanks to the whole team for the excellent service—I’ll definitely return and recommend this place.
