The hotel is good, the staff friendly, and the room very comfortable, yet it seems the hotel hasn’t been maintained recently. This place has been my home away from home for years, and I would still return, but I was disappointed to find the dining options reduced. The coffee shop used to offer buffet meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; now it only serves breakfast. Only the Chinese restaurant remains for lunch. The elevator requires the room key to operate, which doesn’t always work.

A good hotel, great rooms, and good service, but the location is a bit outside central Ningbo.
