“Bad”
The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, which made a big difference for me. However, I was a bit let down by the room - it was pretty basic and could have been cleaner. The bathroom was a bit grimy and there weren't enough towels, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, the great staff made up for some of the issues, but it still felt a bit rough around the edges.
