There are many different kinds of food nearby, and the place is mostly clean. Free distilled water is provided, and the price is very reasonable. Transportation is easy: the A21 bus from the airport stops at 14 Middle Road, so it’s simple to find.

The location is very nice, the hostel is clean and tidy. I love this spot because there are many malls within a 2‑minute walk. The air conditioners are very cool, and the staff—Ms. Leung, Amy, and Lovepreet—are always cheerful and helpful. All rooms have attached bathrooms, and the Wi‑Fi is strong enough for work. I’d give it 10/10. The location, cleanliness, and staff are all great.

It was okay, but there was no one to talk to. We booked two rooms for 8 adults and 1 child, but they gave us three rooms because they didn’t have two rooms available for 9 people. The room we booked was the SkyCity Hostel as shown on our receipt, yet we were housed in a different address/hostel in the same building in Chukung. I was very disappointed that the accommodation I expected did not materialize.

I was disappointed with everything at the facility; it felt unsafe for families and couples.

I didn't like anything. Every time I needed the elevator, there was a queue that lasted 5-10 minutes! I booked a room around 10-11 m² but ended up with one that was only 6 m².
