The breakfast was a rare find among European hotels, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to every culture and never ran out; the staff constantly restocked. Fresh and tasty breakfast items were served, and the service was clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with no heating issues and hot water ready. There was a kettle in the room, and coffee and tea were provided. Tap water was drinkable. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was excellent—close to the train and metro stations, Tivoli Gardens, Strøget, and many sights, all within walking distance, and the airport was easily reachable by train or metro. We didn’t use the bicycles the hotel offered for guests, but they were available. The rooms were clean, the hotel overall was clean, even the public toilets on the lower floor were spotless at all times. I thank everyone who worked at the hotel and the booking officials who made this stay possible. The only downside was that the rooms didn’t come with slippers; we brought our own and didn’t request them, but perhaps they could be provided on request. Guests are advised to bring their own slippers.

The shower was in a bathtub, the elevators were unreliable, and the power went out at 0400 for two hours.

“Fint hotell med hyggelig betjening og alt i orden.”

Sentral beliggenhet. Klassisk stort hotell som er pusset opp til god standard. Godt klimaanlegg, både luftsirkulasjon og kjøling. Badet var funksjonelt og fint med badekar og komfortabel gulvvarme. Veldig hyggelig personale. Veldig God frokost, men litt trangt rundt maten når det var mye folk samtidig, dette kunne vært løst litt bedre. Vi spiste også i hotellets restaurant som var en god opplevelse, hyggelige servitører og god mat med rask servering. Smart å bestille bord på restauranten fordi den var veldig populær. Noe støy fra utsiden av hotellet sent på kvelden og tidlig på morgenen. Usikker på hvor det kom fra, men hørtes godt når vinduet var åpent
