Everything was pretty good. The vibe was like a casino, nice and relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. The only downside was that the room lacked air conditioning.

Overall it was excellent, from the accommodation to dinner and breakfast. It’s a shame it’s a bit “off the map.” There was nothing we didn’t like.

Our stay was very, very pleasant. The rooms were spotless and very quiet. The staff were friendly, especially the kind lady in the breakfast area and the always‑smiling receptionist on the departure day—thanks to both of them. It was great that breakfast could again be taken in the proper breakfast room instead of the casino, as it had been recently; please keep it that way. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi was very bad throughout our stay, ranging from very slow to completely unavailable. Since we usually had a strong signal, it must have been a technical issue.

The first receptionist didn’t speak English or German, and because she didn’t understand us well, she came across as somewhat abrupt.
