All facilities are present, the place is very clean, the décor is beautiful, the studio is fully equipped, it’s near the market‑cathedral, and the new furniture is well maintained. The stairwell is cramped and the block’s elevator is out of order.

Very nice place, clean, beautiful view from the windows, all that’s needed in the kitchen. Clean bathroom area. Recommend!

Great room, they got all the essential utilities. They also offered some free drinks in the fridge. Everything was clean and fresh. No issues have been found, great stay!
