“Very nice lodge with a nice safari”
The tents were very friendly, the restaurant pretty, service good and the safari excellent. Bring earplugs for sleep; it’s not their fault, but it’s generally very noisy at night.

The place in the middle of nature is beautiful, the tents spacious and fully equipped. Waking up to the chirping of birds was lovely, and sleeping in those tents is an experience I recommend to everyone. The infinity pool is great for relaxing after a safari; my daughter loved it. The location is convenient for a Yala safari. I also recommend the resort’s restaurant—nice breakfast and good dinner. The aperitif in the garden by the lake around the fire was a plus. The staff are super! Thanks to all the good guys at the resort, and your uniforms are beautiful! Always keep the tents closed and turn off lights at night to avoid attracting insects. In August the tent was quite hot, but the air conditioning helped.

We had the most spectacular stay here and wish we could have stayed for weeks! The location is stunning, with incredible lake views from the room, pool, and restaurant. Every single staff member—from the welcome desk to the restaurant to night housekeeping—was lovely and ready to help with anything. They even organized a cake and candles for my birthday :) The restaurant even cooked off‑menu items, which was a treat! The fish and chicken Sri Lankan curries were highlights. We also had a foot massage from Nishanth the spa therapist, and it was incredible; when we return we’ll book deep‑tissue massages with him! The property blends perfectly with the surrounding environment and wildlife, and we appreciated all the little eco‑friendly touches, like no plastic.

The tents were beautiful, the staff great, and the stay special—worth every rupee. You just need to be comfortable with wildlife if you stay here.
