Breakfast was fine, but I paid almost five hundred dollars for a jacuzzi in my room that didn’t work at all, and I received no refund or compensation. They need regular maintenance on all other tubs and jacuzzis in their rooms, or should they install brand‑new ones? It’s disappointing that they can earn that much money.

I woke up early for breakfast and it was fantastic 👌, the location is ideal for any event in Indianapolis. We moved down south to the Gulf for family, so we stay here whenever we're in town and the service is excellent. I’m not a fan of carpet in the rooms; tile floors would be easier to maintain and more sanitary, something I’d recommend to the owner since I worked as a health inspector.

The pool and hot tub were great, and the room was acceptable.

We flew into Indianapolis from Ohio after a 10‑day trip and chose this hotel for one night because it was cheaper than paying for two days at our regular hotel for the Fever game the next day. The hotel met our needs to relax and wait for the game; the pool and hot tub were convenient and we could come and go easily since it’s just off the highway. The complimentary breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, we would not stay again because the intense smell of cat/dog urine in our room made us miserable. The odor hit us the second we opened the door and, with the air conditioner off, it was heavy and strong. We couldn’t change rooms because they were full, and I suspect other rooms would smell the same. If you’re a pet‑friendly hotel, consider keeping some rooms pet‑free for guests who dislike pet odors. The hotel requires a $100 deposit and a signed agreement that you will not smoke in your room or you’ll lose the deposit; perhaps that deposit should be kept for families who allow pets to urinate in the rooms and have the carpets cleaned.
