“Great location, I will book it again if I return to Yogya”

The location was great and the staff were very friendly, and the room itself was good. The breakfast was disappointing because it lacked options; I had originally paid for two days, but after seeing what was available I asked for a refund. I ended up serving myself coffee and two slices of bread, which were very old, and I agreed to be charged, but the front desk supervisor should have issued a full refund. The coffee was undrinkable.

The property was fine and the staff were helpful, with the main selling point being the location close to Malioboro. I know how budget hotels operate, but please don’t compromise on linen quality; they were washed and clean, but once you see stains you know those linens should be discarded.

The staff were friendly, the room clean, the price good, a free water cooler was handy, and the spot was excellent for the main railway station, though walking to Malioboro Street took a bit longer.
