All the staff were very courteous and the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast spread was incredibly generous and well presented, with a wide selection of fruits, snacks, and everything else you might need, plus the option to ask for tapiocas, omelets, or whatever else the staff could prepare.

Everyone on the staff was friendly, the location was easy to reach and close to the main tourist spots, and the food and service at the restaurant were solid. On the downside, the fridge and air‑conditioner made a lot of noise, and because the entrance door faced the elevator hall with no light isolation, the room stayed lit all night.

The staff were great, but the fitness center left a lot to be desired.
