Staying with a large group was great—we had fun, the place was clean, fresh and felt safe. The ground floor offered a cozy lounge and the amenities were plentiful, but the property lacked a parking lot and the nearby coin‑operated lot was extremely expensive.

The beds were comfortable, it has everything needed, the staff answers quickly, location is great. Trash wasn't taken for more than 24 hours even though we asked about it (placed outside the door). A bit small for 5 ppl even though enough beds

Free use of the self-help washer and dryer - how rare and appreciated! Spacious room for our family of 5 adults. Self check-in and PIN to enter the hotel and room. Met no staff at all, hence no rating for staff. Access to a small balcony to feel the weather outside helps to determine how many layers to wear. Great location near airport bus-stop and access to subway and Susukino

Communal area very clean. Free washing machines and dryers onsite. Location was fantastic. The trash was not collected during our 6 day stay. Dust evident in room. Didn’t feel overly clean. Had a weird gaming chair that felt awkward
