The location was gorgeous, the private parking was convenient and everything was close by, but the bathroom lacked outlets.

The surroundings and garden were pleasant to look at, yet they were a bit too close to a busy road; the reception was cold and unfriendly, and these staff members clearly dislike guests and should consider a different line of work.

The value for money was good, it was well positioned for tourist beaches and clean, but the reception was absolutely icy; we were charged for breakfast we never received because it was billed through another platform they had offered in the booking confirmation. We were treated like idiots, offered nothing but a second charge for breakfast, and then subjected to a rant about VAT, tourist tax, and the platforms that overcharge them. I don’t care about their accounting stories—I’m a customer and I want the breakfast I paid for, and I can’t stand being called an idiot.
