The comfort and décor were good, but the receptionist was unpleasant and discourteous.

The spot right on the Ill was great, the room was fabulous, breakfast by the water was delightful, and the spa was magnificent, but the reception had some shortcomings.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff took great care of my wife's allergy; the service was excellent and professional.

The scenery was picturesque, dinner was delicious, breakfast plentiful, the attitude was nice, and the wine was sweet; I hope to return and next time book the cruise boat breakfast.
