There was no window in the delux suite, and you could smell the mold. 7.0/10

I liked the staff’s attitude; they stayed in touch with me, helped me find nice restaurants so I could celebrate my birthday, checked me in early, and even assisted with a 5 am airport arrival without any issues. When I mentioned my birthday, they brought a bottle of wine. They made sure the apartment was cool by turning on the air‑conditioner before my arrival. The apartment itself is beautiful and you don’t feel boxed in. The view from my window was stunning, with sunrise visible. I didn’t encounter other guests, though I know there were some. Restaurants are a 10‑15 minute walk at a relaxed pace, either along the road or on the pedestrian route of Fira‑Iya. There’s a small restaurant within 2‑3 minutes (though it was closed during the day), and a supermarket 5 minutes away. 10.0/10
