House of Heritage-Kraton

The place is right next to the Kraton. The Indonesian lunch was varied and tasty. The sofa bed was uncomfortable because of a bar in the middle of the bed, and the sheets on the sofa bed and the shower mat were dirty, but they were changed when I asked. The bathroom had a dirty sink and toilet, and the staff on site didn’t speak English. We had also chosen this spot to meet locals, but the person was absent. Next time it would help to at least give explanations, even via WhatsApp, to get good tips!

“Excellent homestay”

Nice and clean. Close to the Kraton. Nothing else.

“così così”

This is a homestay; the rooms and the house are well cleaned. The owner is very kind and helpful, offering good suggestions for the next days, though I expected a slightly higher quality. The room is very basic, and the bathroom is also basic. In principle it’s near the Keraton, but walking to the Keraton takes about 20 minutes because some passages are closed.

The owner and the guard are very friendly, so you feel at home. The accommodation is very clean 🤗. No complaints, everything is satisfying.
