The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room is bigger than we thought it would be. The bed is also comfortable enough. Everything was good but there's still some things that need improvement such as the lighting and some odor problem in the room. The lighting was a bit too "gloomy". The room's smell somehow not fresh and it stays on the clothes. I think the room still needs some better air circulation. Sadly the TV didn't work. Lastly, the worst part was that we could hear mice walking around on the top ceiling especially at night.

I couldn't find any hot water for a shower, and they didn't give me a toothbrush or a decent towel – the towels were just too thin.
