“First time in Austin great first impression”

We had a fantastic stay that met all our needs; we mostly walked, rode Lime bikes and scooters, and took a few Ubers in a very walkable area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. The pillows were too soft for both of us; offering one firmer and one softer option would be nice.

“Trendy comfort in East Austin for you and your pet”

The vibe was great, the place was clean, checkout at the store was hassle‑free, it’s pet friendly, the breakfast was superb, and the décor feels modern and trendy; I also liked the donations for dog beds and toys (I saw Remy in the photos). The only downsides were the lack of grass for dogs, no early check‑in, and poor communication when the check‑in was delayed.

“Positiva”

The room was spacious with a large bed, high‑quality linens and towels, and premium shampoo, conditioner, and soaps; the pool area was nice. However, the room wasn’t cleaned on the second day—staff said Hilton’s policy was alternate‑day cleaning, so I requested daily service and they complied. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance; everything is far away, so you’re limited to the snack bar for quick bites.
