“Attractive, convenient, comfortable property.”
The spot’s location is spot on, and the unit feels both comfy and stylish. Soundproofing works great, keeping it quiet even when a street event is nearby. The patio and table are nicely arranged. The only downside was the lack of enough power outlets, making it hard to plug in all our gadgets.

The layout is solid with plenty of outdoor seating, and the room is clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with coffee and drinks. The Parlor didn’t open between 8:30 am and 11 am as advertised during our visit. It’s about .5 mile from theaters and most restaurants, so we walked when the weather was good.

I adored our suite, which was the second room, upstairs, and featured a spa bathtub—absolutely amazing. The fridge, microwave, and coffee/meal prep tools were handy, especially since we only stayed one night to break up a road trip. The bath and robes were very comfortable. Check‑in was effortless with contactless access and no hiccups. The bed felt a bit stiff, so my sleep wasn’t perfect, but the room was quiet, cozy, and the hot bath was a treat both night and morning.
