There was no one present and nothing was arranged for a late check‑in; we also didn’t get a refund for the booking fee because we couldn’t use the room.

Nothing noteworthy. I booked an upgraded room but was given the most budget option. No reaction to my explanation that I had booked an upgrade. The room was dirty, with hair everywhere.

Rustic charm, and despite the age everything looked and worked fine, though the reception was a bit hard to locate and the window lock was oddly fixed with a bolt and a hook from the hardware store.

The place was quiet, the entrance with parking was convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful, and check‑in and check‑out were straightforward, but the shower enclosure and part of the bathroom window frame were covered in mold, the water pressure was barely enough to rinse, turning the shower into a rinse rather than a proper shower and extending the time I had to spend there.
