The room was spotless and a nice place to unwind, but that's where the positives end. The staff didn't speak a word of English, which made things tough when I needed help. Wifi was basically non-existent, except for a weak signal in the lobby, and the air conditioning was on the fritz for 7 hours without anyone being able to assist.

The front desk staff were really helpful, which was great. However, there were a few issues - the closet had no light and when I mentioned it to the staff, they said it would be fixed the next day, but it wasn't and no one followed up. The room also didn't have any glass cups for drinking water, just paper cups, which made it inconvenient to have hot drinks. And the TV only had one channel, which was a local Chinese station.

This hotel's got some great things going for it - the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfy bed, plus the bathroom and toilet were practical and pleasant. That said, the location's a bit of a letdown, not sure if it's the best spot to be.
