The beautiful park, private beach access, and own beach were great, but the beach had sand and murky water.

We had a truly wonderful stay and felt warmly welcomed from the start; the hospitality and service were outstanding, especially Mahmut from the service team who took excellent care of us at lunch and dinner, always friendly, attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed, showing genuine care and pride in his work. Bayram also provided amazing care throughout, answering questions patiently, kindly, and professionally, making us feel comfortable and well looked after. Both Mahmut and Bayram were exceptional, and their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference to our holiday, turning a good stay into an unforgettable one. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Mahmut and Bayram for their outstanding service. The room was a bit different from what we expected; the hairdryer didn’t stay in its holder and there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet area. We were told we’d have our own reserved sun loungers by the pool, and as two of us we expected two loungers, but we only found one, located far away. These issues didn’t ruin our overall positive experience, but they could be improved.

The spot is great, I really enjoy this area and it’s not my first time. When we asked for a bouquet and a note, the florist refused and the note was late; the rooms and the hotel feel old and don’t match a 5‑star rating. The towel desk closes at 17:00, so I had to take towels with me 🤦🏻♀️. The snack bar only opens until 17:00 on the first day, so I was hungry waiting for dinner because lunch wasn’t served. The bartenders at the beach ignore us on purpose, giving priority to Germans.

The outdoor pool is nice and the beds are set up spaciously. The sea view is lovely. The staff are very friendly. The outdoor area is very clean. The trees near the entrance are pretty. The room, however, really can’t be called 5‑star. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms in an annex. It’s very old. The furnishings are basic, no luxury at all. The shower is awful, cold‑warm‑cold, a weak spray. The drain didn’t work properly, water everywhere. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. There’s no makeup mirror. There were too many insects, a serious ant problem, so we had to change rooms. The lamps were irritating and hard to use. The hallway had dirty bags (apparently water stoppers). There was no light in the hall or on the outdoor paths. Then the gym was very small for such a big hotel, extremely outdated. The Pilates class was the worst I’ve ever had. And the food—sorry, but it wasn’t bad at all; I just expected better for dinner. The dishes were bland, the ingredients were cheap, everything tasted the same. The à la carte restaurants cost an extra 15‑18 euros per person. Bougainvillea offered the same food as the buffet. Asia was okay. Italy was close by. I’m sorry, but it’s definitely not recommended.

Our family loves this place—we’ve been there many times since the kids were little (the eldest is now 20) and we’ll come back again.
