The décor has an artistic vibe and the location is great—just a 10‑minute downhill walk from Miyako‑shita Station. The bathroom requires going up and down stairs, which is a bit inconvenient, perhaps because it’s newly renovated and has a paint smell.

The location isn’t terrible; walking to the sea and around Atami Beach is nice, and public transport is decent though buses can be crowded. The owner is friendly. However, the name suggests a hotel or apartment, yet it’s two tiny rooms and a toilet spread over three floors, only reachable via a cramped, dirty circular staircase. No staff were present except at check‑in. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly; the shower room had a moldy odor. For the high price, the quality fell short.

スタッフの親切さは最高です。のんびり安心で過ごせました。チェックアウトも11時なのでのんびりできます。. 鏡が所どころあると良いですね。トイレが部屋にないので下に降りていかないとならないので少し不便さは感じた。
