Great location, the gentleman in the reception was very helpful and polite. Just because the enemy of good is great and the enemy of great is exceptional, even though it was very clean, for 100 euros per night , details as mold in the shower silicone, no dish soap in the kitchen, no water inside to drink etc are minor details that could elevate even more the hotel

The room was nice and spacious, had daily cleaning service and fresh linen and towels as much as needed. Thank you to the cleaning lady for the good job! Beautiful garden!. Small issue with ants inside the room in the first couple of days given that the property has a beautiful big garden, but solved it quickly with an insects repellent spray. Another small issue with the tab at the beach bar - we had many items on the bill that we didnt consume - it was resolved after we discussed it with them. The property should have a better system of keeping track of what the guests consume from the bar (instead of just asking for the room number when ordering), so it doesn’t create these uncomfortable situations. We didnt have this issue last year though when we stayed at Akrogiali Beach

Das Hotel ist durchgängig in modernem und minimalistischem Design gehalten und überall absolut sauber. Das Deluxe Zimmer war komplett und neuwertig ausgestattet und bot einen Blick zum Meer und auf die Berge. Im lebhaften Malia war das Hotel eine Oase der Ruhe. Meine Erwartungen wurden durch den beheizten Jacuzzi und die Geräumigkeit der Dachterrasse bei weitem übertroffen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Herzlichkeit der Besitzerin Loula, ebenso wie ihrer Kollegen an der Beachbar und der Rezeption sowie im Backoffice. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und sein klares un warmes Wasser ist mit "Blauer Flagge" prämiert. Ich habe mich wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde mit Sicherheit bald wieder kommen!. Es gab nichts, was nicht gefallen hat
