The lobby was beautiful. However, what I booked did not match what I received, and neither the hotel nor the booking platform offered any fair compensation. I had booked a room with a hot tub and a balcony, but neither feature was present in my room.

The room, breakfast, and staff were excellent.

The rooms were large, but the hotel needs a facelift – it’s not close to the city, looks tired, definitely not modern, and the on‑site restaurant was shameful.
