Everything was excellent, neat and tidy, and the accommodation was lovely; the hostess deserves all the praise.

The location is great for crossing the border and the place is very clean, but it gets very noisy from the street even though it's not busy, and in August it was scorching hot because the AC is only in the common area, not in the rooms, and the building feels rather dilapidated.
