The location was perfect, just a three‑minute walk from Freedom Square on a very quiet street, and the hotel team were courteous and charming, always smiling. Housekeeping only came when asked and required leaving the key at reception, and a desk and armchair in the room would have been very helpful. The restaurant should serve half‑portions since dishes meant for two fed about four people, and it needs dessert options. Starting with the host Maria, she’s simply lovely, attentive, and always checks that everything’s fine. The beds are very comfortable, and the location is great! The breakfast is basic but sufficient. The room is nice with a balcony overlooking the street, two rocking chairs to sit and sip coffee while enjoying the quiet street. The hotel’s atmosphere is calm, relaxed, and peaceful, adding to the sense of freedom and relaxation. I highly recommend it. The AC worked but didn’t cool much; the ceiling was high, but overall the room felt pleasant. The room itself is very inviting and makes you feel good inside.
The entire staff provided excellent service, especially at the reception and during breakfast, always attentive to orders and requests. They’re always ready to help and resolve any issues. – Horacio
