We stayed in Gjirokastra for just one night, yet we’re absolutely thrilled with the place! Getting there is a little adventure – you have to navigate the old, stone streets of the town, but thanks to the directions sent earlier by the owners, we arrived without any trouble. Once you reach the spot, you’re greeted by a true gem – a wonderful, atmospheric, almost fairy‑tale place! Parking is right in front of the house. From the property you can see a beautiful view of the castle. It’s very close to the center and the bazaar. The castle is a bit farther, but we also recommend walking there. The room is spacious, beautifully furnished, and full of charm. Breakfast prepared by the owner is very tasty, and the chance to eat it in a garden overlooking the castle is a real WOW :) The owner herself is extremely kind, warm, and helpful. The atmosphere is pastoral, quiet, and the old Gjirokastra vibe is extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
