“Okay”
The spot of the hotel is solid and the room comes with a kitchen that I appreciated, but the bathroom felt dirty, the AC barely worked throughout my stay, and breakfast options were very limited.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast offered all the basics you need to start the day, especially welcoming for families, but it’s a bit far from downtown Toronto if you plan to visit the city.

Parking was convenient and check‑in/check‑out were easy, but 1) the windows wouldn’t open and the AC didn’t solve the lack of fresh air; a window latch would help; 2) the ladle cap didn’t fit; 3) the cups were dirty, and the handles on the kitchen cabinet and dresser were sticky; 4) breakfast used disposable dishes, which is unacceptable for a hotel; 5) the beds creaked—just oil them and the issue disappears; 6) the chair at the desk also creaks, which can be fixed similarly.

Only 1 set of towels were provided and toiletries for 2 guests were provided. But on request , the towels were made available right away
