“Staff was great”
The water filter and ice machine were useful, yet the breakfast was only average.
“Very good & comfortable”
The premises were very clean, the green space was nice, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, but coffee, the TV guide, and better directions to get online were lacking.
“NOT a four-star as stated on booking.com. A two-star hotel at best.”
This property has a serious moisture problem; all of my clothing was moist to the touch, having absorbed the moldy‑smelling humidity inside the room, which was very disappointing.
The room itself was very clean and very comfortable, and everything from food to entertainment was just a short distance away. However, the gym needed the air on auto; it felt like a sauna, making it hard to work out. The equipment definitely needed updating, and the treadmill didn’t even work correctly. The water container was never filled or replaced during our 3‑night stay, and the vending machine for drinks never worked. A radio repair shop behind the hotel was loud, and the vibrations disturbed us during late hours.
