All the staff and workers were wonderfully helpful, and I thank Mr. Gabriel for his excellent service and for making everything smooth, as well as the hospitality towards guests. Honestly, there was nothing negative.

The bed—especially—was comfortable, the proximity to Bangkok Hospital is convenient, and the staff were helpful. The WiFi, however, could be much better.

We thank the team from reception to service for their high moral standards. It would have been better if there had been a door separating the bathroom from the changing room.
