Everything was as described, and breakfast was fine. Hidden fees that were not mentioned in the description caused frustration.

The spot was convenient, but the room felt dirty and worn, and the pillowcases had an unpleasant odor. The AC was useless because the filters were clogged with dust. The so‑called “included breakfast” was misleading—only €4 was covered, and anything extra cost us. The city tax communication felt excessive; we got multiple reminders, even a WhatsApp warning about “nasty consequences” if we didn’t leave €15 cash on the table for the two of us, even though the tax wasn’t clearly stated as excluded on the booking page. It was a very frustrating stay.

The location is central and close to the train station. The room was shabby: only one glass was available and the bathroom had condensation from the air‑conditioner draining into the shower. The air‑conditioner worked very little.
