The location and friendly staff were positives, yet we faced power outages on the first day, plus the internet didn’t work, and the sockets, air‑conditioning and hair‑dryer were all problematic.

This is my second stay at the hotel, and I recommend it for both business and leisure. It’s a 5‑minute walk from the city center and 15 minutes from the train station, and there’s parking available. The rooms are modern, nice, and clean, with some featuring a bathtub. Breakfast is good. I used the hotel as a base while touring Kraljevo, which was very convenient.
