“Nie Wieder”
We had a hard time finding the hotel and checked in at 20.00. The drive was full of sharp turns and the road was unlit. When we arrived we had to climb a huge staircase with luggage. The architecture felt odd, and inside we couldn’t locate the reception without searching around. In the elevator we had to press 0 before it finally worked. Nobody answered the reception because it was closed at 20.00; the kitchen was also shut. Only after calling did someone come. The room was old and worn, very cold with a broken heater. Breakfast at 09.15 was almost finished, with very little food and no attention to service. Never again. The rooms were very old; doors were hard to open with luggage. The architecture was strange, and the elevator was used constantly. Breakfast was thin and the staff paid little attention to guests. Very old and worn.
