This is a scam and I want my full money back! We arrived, no one was there and it was abandoned. I want all my money back. It was a scam.

Got to the accommodation, it wasn’t even open for business, nobody was there, had to find another B&B, you owe me £180. Find out if it’s open before telling me I’m booked in DISGRACEFULL – I don’t think I’ll use you again.

The accommodation was unliveable, and I couldn’t stay there.

The location was fine, but there were no towels, no toilet roll, no remote control for the TV, and no hairdryer; plus music played almost all night in the bar below.
