“Disappointing”
The room was freezing at 15 degrees. We arrived near the end of August on a motorbike and were disappointed. My wife felt extremely cold inside the room. After waiting a couple of hours trying to warm up, we decided to book elsewhere. As a last resort, my wife called the number to see if they could turn on the heating. The lady said it was summer and they don’t use heating. When my wife asked for a hot water bottle, she said she would try and gave us one. The man who brought the bottle suggested taking a hot shower, which seemed unlikely to keep us warm all night, even with my medical knowledge!!!!
